What could be done 2 negate the unfair assessment & portrayal of us as black men?….It’s slanderous, slighted & incorrect…..

The real question is WHY?
Hmmm….(I can think of many reasons.)

Move forward, persevere, believe, have, faith,
dream, be inspired & shatter the grossly
false misconceptions that have the tendency 2
follow us wherever we go.

That’s the very reason why it’s been our
mission 2 share a lil’ somethin’ positive
on the regular in our little corner of the web.

I would like 2 believe that somehow, someway
we’ve been able 2 saturate the nonsense & show
that men do love their boys.

No one other than ourselves could ever change the condition.
It’s our responsibility.

Just keep believing & keep your head up cause anything is POSSIBLE.

A Thing Named Gravity.

Here we are once again sharing another installment of what we call life.
The word for the day is…“Gravity”.

1. Physics.
The natural force of attraction between any 2 massive bodies which is directly proportional to the product of their masses & inversely proportional 2 the square of the distance between them.

Seems important enough…right?

….then again, there’s “Gravity” of the situation leading 2 a grave consequence; seriousness or importance.

Both definitions share a significant purpose but finding a way 2 keep eyes on the prize for peace seems easier said than done when unseen forces continually bring you down..

…therefore, with eyes wide open, then & only then can you finally see how this “Gravity” thing actually works.

Better now than never….right?

Wanted 2 create something new for the fall season so decided documenting Khalid’s morning ride 2 school.
It’s fairly the same every AM….

* Some morning conversation with a few words of encouragement…

* Brisk ice tea / coffee @ the local Circle K….
& some positive, uplifting music of course.

Unaffected.

Now matter how you try 2 show others who you truly are,
most refuse 2 understand & continue 2 deny.

People judge as though we’re not unaffected…
but we are….really.

Whatever the case,

there’s nothing left 2 prove so stay true for it’s a problem
not of your own.

In a strange kinda way, leaving a sense of mystery
2 the mix is kinda cool.
