Fortunately these days there’s the awesome luxury of washer & dryer…..Woohoo!!…

It was just yesterday when we were attending the local laundrymat while carrying loads of clothing up & down stairs was the norm.
Now, having such machinery has become a definite God send.

Not that I wouldn’t mind doing it all over again or anything but man isn’t great 2 stay home while keeping dirty underwear for you & your eyes only? lol…Now I know you know exactly what I mean…

One thing that’s highly noticeable here in this artsy city of Portland, Maine is the vast array of historical statues.

Who are they?
What did they accomplish?
Hmm….

I find it better 2 know who these lifeless pieces of metal were – than not – while making the daily pass….

For starters, I came across this particular one & was impressed by the swagga stance. Pretty cool pose for a statue named “Czar”.

Portland native

Civil War Veteran.
Congressman.

Maybe it’s just another excuse 2 pull out the camera & simply shoot something.

Then again, no excuse needed.
